These House of Beaverdale wine kits contain a pure grape concentrate of very high quality. This means that unlike some budget wine kits, no added sugar is involved allowing you to produce some very fine quality home made wines in your own home. These wines can rival some of those produced professionally in the Chateaux of some of the greatest wine producing regions.
In order to achieve that, Beaverdale use single grape, or grapes from areas such as Rioja in Spain and all over the world, representing some of the finest varieties of grapes.
These high quality grapes are then carefully balanced with sugars in order to maintain the very highest standards of consistency and quality. As with all grape wines, House of Beaverdale wines will improve with keeping, although they will produce a highly drinkable wine within about 1 week of being finished. Of course, if you can force yourself to lay a few bottles down from each batch, they will improve and become even better. having had a chance to mature perfectly.
Kits are available in both 6 and 30 bottle packs, the six bottle size having one and a half litres of concentrate, the 30 bottle size seven and a half litres. All kits come complete with yeast, finings and stabiliser. They are just perfect for both the beginner who is looking for a high quality wine and also for those looking to move up a step from the cheaper budget kits.
